Founder of Spontaneity Entertainment, Chef Theo, is a private chef who specializes in Creole Fusion, a blend of cultures. He has a passion for developing vibrant, delicious and nourishing meals using high quality local and seasonal ingredients.
Well versed in the traditional food practices, Theo integrates his experience as a bread and pastry baker, a line cook, a prep cook and a chef into his work to make every meal a unique and memorable culinary experience. Chef Theo holds a master's degree in hospitality tourist management and runs his own catering and event planning business. He's eager to help budding chefs elevate their skills.
